Steve Purcell (born October 1, 1961) is an American cartoonist, animator, director and game designer best known for creating the Sam and Max franchise. In addition to working on screenplay on Pixar projects, he performs the voices of the Tractors, Gerald, Count Spatula, Sandy Dunes, Randy, and Wraith Rod in the Cars series.
