  • RSA's model is nearly identical to that of Dr. Feel Bad from Monster Truck Mater. However, in place of the text on him "DOCTOR FEEL BAD" and "BACK OFF!" they are "RESCUE SQUAD AMBULANCE" and "KEEP BACK" respectively.
  • Her name in German is "Krankenwagen" which literally translates to ambulance.
