Fillmore's Nature Preserve is the second Road Race in Cars: Mater-National Championship, and the third overall story event.
Course layout
It is a three-lap race that begins on the main road, and heads directly into Fillmore's Nature Preserve. After a few turns, racers go over a large hill, and proceed into a log tunnel, and onto a narrow dirt road. There is a broken bridge that will return competitors to the ground, and back into Radiator Springs, to the finish line.
In story mode, the player takes control of Lightning McQueen, and their opponents include Sarge, Flo, Vince, and Lenny.

Shortcuts
- Right before the player enters the log tunnel, they must turn right and break a pile of sticks, putting them on a path above the main road.
- After exiting the first shortcut, the player must go to the right again, and onto a very narrow "bridge" that leads back into the town.
