El Machismo is one of Chick Hicks' proteges.
History
In Cars: Race-O-Rama, El Machismo is the second character that races against Lightning McQueen in the Race-O-Rama series in the desert of Autovia. He races for the Chick Hicks Racing Academy, but he's soon beaten by McQueen (according to the script of the game). He first appears in the end-scene for Sprint 1 behind Chick Hicks.
He later appears in Match Up, where he is introduced to Lightning McQueen and Sarge by Chick Hicks. He calls himself bigger than big and badder than bad. In the end-scene, when he loses the race, he blames Chick Hicks' and Motor Co. for it, so he asked for "bigger tires, bigger shocks, bigger fenders, bigger everything!".
He also appears in Reunion Rundown, and in the end-scene for Chick Hicks Showdown, he apologizes to Lightning for how he behaved on the track. He said Lightning was badder than bad, and faster than fast, which according to Candice, he meant he likes how he races. He also gets invited to come to the Doc Hudson Racing Academy anytime.
Personality
El Machismo can be tough and confident, but when he realizes he has caused a problem, he shows his soft side and apologizes.
Livery
El Machismo is painted blue, with the HTB logo painted in white on his doors, as well as his hood. He also has the Nitroade and Re-Volting stickers on his body.

- El Machismo is the fourth Cars character whose original actor died, preceded by Red, Fillmore, Doc Hudson and followed by Lynda Weathers, Lizzie and Junior Moon.
- El Machismo betrays Chick's team and he goes on Lightning's side in the end of Race-O-Rama.
- Even when Lightning McQueen is absent in a level, El Machismo's line, "Outta my way, lightweight!" is still present.
