Logan Gearsall is a ghost who resides in the Destiny Hotel after passing away in the area at some point.
History
As Lightning McQueen was driving through the hallways of the Hotel, Logan along with two other ghosts came out of 3 paintings of themselves and proceeded to follow the race car. After a few seconds he turned around however they disappeared before he could see them. They presumably later went to the ball after following McQueen as he appears there later on.
