Humberto Vélez (born March 30, 1955) is a Mexican dubbing, theater, radio and television actor with more than thirty-five years of experience, mainly recognized throughout Latin America for having been the voice of Homer Simpson in the Mexican verson of the Fox animated series The Simpsons for fifteen years, and is the current Mexican voice of Winnie the Pooh, Roz in Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University, and Chuckles the Clown in Toy Story 3. He is the Mexican voice of Rusty Rust-eze in all his appearances, and Ramone in Cars 3.
