Sergeant "Rhodey" Rhodes Graeter is a police car in the in-universe show CHoPs. Like many police cars, he is painted black with white on his doors. He even has the California Helicopter Patrol logo on his front doors.

History

In Planes: Fire & Rescue, Sergeant Graeter appears in an episode of CHoPs that Dusty Crophopper, Lil' Dipper, Windlifter, Cabbie and the Smokejumpers watch in private. In it, he congratulates Blade Ranger and Nick Loopin' Lopez on doing a good job saving Pinta.

Meet the Planes

• Gruff but lovable, Sergeant Graeter spent most of his time either busting Nick and Blade or giving them fatherly advice. As the commanding officer of the California Helicopter Patrol for twelve years, Rhodey thought he had seen it all...yet Nick always managed to find new ways to surprise his boss, both good and bad.
