Taco is a wrecked pickup truck. He is a demolition derby racing driver. In 2017 he competed in Crazy Eight demolition derby races on Thunder Hollow Speedway with the number 4. He is sponsored by Ward's Towing Co.

History

He is a pickup truck who lives in Thunder Hollow, United States. He is a demolition derby race driver. During one of his races, he got sandwiched between two cars in the wreck which resulted with his body deforming into "V" shape. After the crash, he adopted the nickname "Taco" to match the new shape of his body while his wife repainted him into yellow color matching the new nickname.

In 2017, Taco competed in Crazy Eight demolition derby races on Thunder Hollow Speedway with number 4. He took part in the race that included Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez solo appearance in the series. During that race he rammed Faregame into Dr. Damage, eliminating them both. Later on, he got eliminated by Miss Fritter who crushed and catapulted him into air, making him land face-first and getting stuck in the mud.

Taco is a 1982 Equalizer Mule, a direct predecessor of Duff Wrecks. He has brown eyes. His body is badly deformed in a "V" shape and has various dents.

His body is covered in tape and is painted yellow with a brown dashed line going vertically on his sides and number 4 in red circle on his doors and same green number on his roof. On his sides in the back is written "Ward's Towing Co. 555-0124".

Meet the Cars'

  • The question Taco gets asked the most from his fans is this: "How did you get your name?" Taco was sandwiched between two other cars in a wreck, and when he came to, his new shape resembled that of a taco. His wife added some realistic paint, and a star was born.
