Justice Stern is a wedding officiant who was originally going to officiate Mato and Mateo.
History
In Gettin' Hitched he was originally going to officiate Mato and Mateo's wedding but got fed up of waiting due to the wedding being held up by Mater and Mato's competition to see who's better. Luckily for the couple Cruz was able to replace him.
