Lou is a background character in the episode Salt Fever of Cars on the Road. He is the same model as Fishtail from Cars 3.

History

In Cars on the Road, he is seen being towed by an unknown name and unnamed model female green-and-white Haulital pickup truck (although it was truly accidentally known as the "Flatbed" as the model's name).
