Christina Wheeland is a blue car who is a fan of the Piston Cup Racing Series. She can often be found near Mia and Tia, and appears to just be a fan of the Piston Cup in general, rather than of a specific racer.

In Cars, Christina Wheeland appears next to Mia and Tia in the stands, cheering on the racers during the first laps. She later appears when Lightning McQueen manages to make it through the large wreck that Chick Hicks causes, where she is watching admiringly as McQueen jumps off of Claude Scruggs and Todd Marcus.
