- Kay shares the same model as Sterling.
- This is heavily reflected in their die-cast releases.[1] An official reveal in July 2022 led some to believe Kay and Sterling were the same character.
- Kay and Mae Pillar-Durev's relationship is a very arguable topic over whether they're sisters or a couple.
- The reason for this is because one of Kay's line is "Come on babe!" (Subtitles), but it was probably a mistake, so some assume they are siblings, due to the word "Mae" heard by most, but some say they're a homosexual couple due to Disney's "Don't Say Gay" situation. Even though it is unknown which opinion about is the right one.
