Justin Roadritter is a member of the Road Rumblers, seen in the Cars on the Road episode "Road Rumblers".
History
Justin and the other Road Rumblers went on to attack the Electric Car Warriors, but were stopped to listen to Lightning McQueen and Mater's speech. However, they begin to battle after he accidentally hits Ken Enginoki with a toy missile.
