Cap'n Long Leggy was once a peaceful ice cream truck who went on a trip to the desert with some other campers. Over time, their relationships deteriorated, and their travel destination became akin to a apocalyptic wasteland. Cap'n Long Leggy was modified to have the chassis and wheels of monster truck, alongside a multitude of spikes. When [[Lightning McQueen]] and [[Mater]] entered the Road Rumblers' territory, Long Leggy and several other cars caught them, and presented them to [[Chieftess|The Chieftess]]. Long Leggy pushed Lightning and Mater into a battle in the Thundercone to decide who should join their ranks, however the fight was cut short when Long Leggy and the other Rumblers left. | |||
