Mandy Freunderbender,[1] also known as the Tach-O-Mint Crew Chief, is the crew chief for the Tach-O-Mint Piston Cup racing team. She is painted brown (white on her original die-cast), wears a headset, and has Greg's racing number #101 on her sides with the Tach-O-Mint logo on her hood.
Although the Tach-O-Mint Crew Chief didn't appear in Cars, Mattel planned a die-cast for her in 2018/19 along with both the Fiber Fuel and Transberry Juice crew chiefs, but they were all canceled for unknown reasons. She is currently planned to be released in the 2024 mainline.

Trivia
- She is similar to the Fiber Fuel Crew Chief as they are both Piston Cup crew chiefs who do not appear in any form of media, being exclusive to the merchandise.
- She is named after. Pixar employee, Mandy Freund.
- She is the first known female Piston Cup crew chief.
- Her cancelled prototype diecast is white, whereas her newer one is orange.
- This could be due to Bryn Imageare being originally planned as an all-white pitty.
- She shares the same model as Ben Doordan, Jay W. and Easy Idle Crew Chief.
- Her diecast artwork is recycled from Jay W.
- She lacks thick eyelashes which females in the Cars universe have, making her appear male.
