Timmy is a character in the comic books.
History
Timmy is a Lightning McQueen fan. He and the other cars in the "Winners Circle Camp" race around pretending to be Lightning McQueen. He was very excited when The King and his wife let him meet Lightning McQueen and Bob Cutlass.

Timmy is a 2001 Mini Cooper R53.
Livery
He is painted bright yellow with silver hubcaps, and has the Mini logo on his hood. His eyes are black.
Trivia
- Both his name and his bum leg may be a reference to Tiny Tim from A Christmas Carol.
