Wells Runabout is the owner of the Tank Coat team.
Bio
Wells Runabout is the owner of Team Tank Coat. He was searching for a race car for his team when caught the attention of Eugene Carbureski, who was racing with one of the pros, and offered Eugene to race for his team. Nowadays, Wells is always barking orders both to his racer and his team.
