History

Johnny and Strip Weathers racing in the Dinoco 400.

In Cars, Johnny competes in the Dinoco 400 at the Motor Speedway of the South. There, he was seen attempting to pass Murray Clutchburn. He was later involved in the accident caused by Chick Hicks, in which he collides with Murray and Misti Motorkrass and receives some minor damage, but he is able to continue racing.

Between the events of Cars and Cars 3, Johnny retires and Tommy Highbanks becomes the new Faux Wheel Drive racer.

The World of Cars Online

In The World of Cars Online, Johnny is one of the three opponents at Tailgator Speedway. He spun and flipped during the race.

Johnny Blamer is a Capitol Motors Verve XT that is painted green and light blue, with Faux Wheel Drive decals all over his body, and the number 54 on his doors and roof.

He's been involved in more collisions than any other car in Piston Cup history, earning him the nickname, "Magnet Face." He's also known as the hardest working car on the circuit, though he hasn't finished a race in the ten years he's been competing. He holds the record at 545 starts and zero finishes."[1]

  • He gained a new artwork for his 2017 die-cast release. By an accident, his eyes were bigger in the 2017 artwork.
  • Despite his Car Finder profile saying he had never finished a race, he actually finished 9th in the Dinoco 400.
