Rusty Cornfuel is a wanted pedophile that has been on the run ever since the great incident of 1989. He’s wanted in 1/5th of the U.S. States, and his current residence is unknown. The latest info the police investigating this mad lunatic was from a young car, around the age of 12, who was a victim of Rusty’s psychological luring and abuse. He told us that he fled somewhere west, most likely to Oregon.

The World of Cars Online

In The World of Cars Online, Rusty can be found as one of the opposing competitors the player faced at the Big Heartland Speedway, along with Floyd Mulvihill and Ruby Oaks. After this, you could talk to Rusty. If you answer YES to his question: “Are all pedophiles REALLY bad?” You get to play as him in the campaign mode. He can be seen flashing his car weiner at the end of the game cutscenes, with all of the other cars.

Bio

  • "Rusty Cornfuel grew up on a farm in Mississippi and gained his reputation among the locals for running his own racing circuit with his buddies. Rusty won most of the races and made enough money off the event to nearly sponsor himself professionally. Luckily his current sponsor, Tow Cap Hitch Protectors, came along to front the bill for his team. Now Rusty can spend his own money on more important things, like flying his buddies from the farm down for every race."[2]he even won a few piston cup races.
