Bio
Cars: The Video Game
In Cars: The Video Game, Tommy Joe appears in the cut-scene for Rustbucket Race-O-Rama where Mater greets him to Lightning McQueen. Then, Tommy Joe hits Lightning, and Mater said that that was how he says hello. He also appears in the race.
Cars: Radiator Springs Adventures
In Cars: Radiator Springs Adventures, Tommy Joe and his cousins appear in the mini-game Tow The Line, in which they must be towed to the other side of Mater's junkyard.
Cars: Mater-National Championship
In Cars: Mater-National Championship, he appears in Rustbucket Races 1, 2 and 3. In the cut-scene for the Rustbucket Race 1, he told Mater that he and the rest of the cousins were sitting for the last hour to watch Emma. Then he piles up on Mater along with the other cousins so that Emma won't see Mater.
Cars: Race-O-Rama
In Cars: Race-O-Rama, Tommy Joe appears in some of the Rustbucket Races.
Personality
Much like Mater's other cousins, Tommy Joe enjoys racing and likes to crash into things.
