Clutch Foster is an SUV that is a huge fan of American racer, Jeff Gorvette.
Livery
Clutch Foster is painted dark blue. He waves yellow Jeff Gorvette clapper sticks. His license plate reads "Jeff#1FAN". Apparently he is based on the 2007-2014 GMC Yukon XL (with the grille upside down).

- An SUV similar to Clutch Foster can be seen watching the Radiator Springs Grand Prix right next to Tom Tach.
- According to his diecast release, 4-pack, and 5-pack releases, he is present at the Porto Corsa Race. To this day, he has not been found anywhere in Porto Corsa.
