Harumi is a tuner car living in Tokyo.
History
In Tokyo Mater, Harumi appears hanging out with Yokoza and Chisaki when Mater arrives in Tokyo with Ito-San.
In Cars 2, she is seen going past the Kabuki Za Theatre and attending the World Grand Prix opening ceremony at the Tokyo National Art Center with Yokoza, Kabuto, Chisaki, Suki and Ichigo.

Physical description
Harumi is painted red with white spots, rims and a white spoiler that represents a bow, and has a white-colored hood with a bowtie ribbon. Her model appears to be a hatchback Mitsubishi Mirage.
