Hostile Takeover Bank (HTB, or htB) is a banking company for hostile acquisitions. It primarily competes with Dinoco during races and also competes with Rusteze in races which is now merged with Dinoco. Unlike Dinoco, it seems to allow cheating on purpose or may even encourage it on their racers as Chick Hicks was known to cheat.
Sport
The company sponsored Chick Hicks on Piston Cup Racing Series that won the championship in the 2005 season. Rowdy Revvin' Busch is a Next-Gen racer, and he's also a HTB racer.
Other appearances
- In Cars: Race-O-Rama Hostile Takeover Bank sponsored an off-road racer El Machismo.
