Laugh Canisters are yellow cans that collect laughs.
History
In Cars: Mater-National Championship, laugh canisters are seen in the minigame Mike and Sulley's Last Laugh, where the objective is to collect more canisters than your opponent.
Use
Laugh canisters hold laughs collected from children, though it is unknown what they are used for in the Cars universe.
Appearance
Laugh canisters are cylinder-shaped, and painted yellow. In the middle, there is a guage consisting of five segments, that represents how much energy is in each can. On each end of the can, there is a lid. If pulled, it will explode, and it will fly around, erupting laughter.

- Laugh canisters are used in Monsters, Inc., another Pixar film, which is what the minigame is based off of. They have the same use, and the same appearance.
