Miss Victoria is the Motorama Girls' manager.
History
In the World of Cars book's story Showstopper, Miss Victoria is the manager and teacher of the Motorama Girls. The girls can be a bit of a hand full sometimes. When they arrived at Radiator Springs, she had already blown out her transmission just trying to keep the girls in line. She was very upset when Flo decided to leave, but in the end respected her choice.
Miss Victoria resembles the 1953 De Soto Firedome
