Patokaa is a Japanese police officer who appears in Tokyo Mater and Cars 2.
History
Cars Toons
Tokyo Mater
In Tokyo Mater, Patokka appears finding Mater driving the wrong way on a one-way road during his race with Kabuto. He gives chase, but soon stops when they head into the House of Donuts, and joins the other police cars who are all performing donuts.
Cars 2
In Cars 2, Patokka can be seen sleeping however he is woken up by Petey Pacer and arrests him afterwards.
Physical description
Patokka resembles a Toyota Crown S180. He is painted black and white, with a red siren and "Police" written on his doors.
