Rescue Squad Mater
She first appears in Rescue Squad Mater driving to the scene of the fire at the Gasoline and Match factory. Later, she takes Lightning McQueen to the hospital after the factory blows up.
Mater the Greater
She appears at the end of Mater the Greater after McQueen makes an off-screen crash.
Planes
She appears when Dusty Crophopper takes off to start his time in the Wings Around the Globe qualifier, and again when Dusty lands back on the ground after finishing his time.

- RSA's model is nearly identical to that of Dr. Feel Bad from Monster Truck Mater. However, in place of the text on him "DOCTOR FEEL BAD" and "BACK OFF!" they are "RESCUE SQUAD AMBULANCE" and "KEEP BACK" respectively.
