Frank Clutchenson[1] is a 2009 Fiat Abarth 500. He is a fan of racing and supports the Italian racer, Francesco Bernoulli.
History
According to his diecast releases he appeared in Cars 2, watching the Tokyo, and Porto Corsa Race. It is unknown if he watched the London Race also.
