Milton Calypeer is a former employee of the Radiator Springs Courthouse & Fire Department and a former resident of Radiator Springs.
History
In 1940s Milton Calypeer worked in courthouse in the Radiator Springs, Arizona. He loved cruising around town, greeting and being greeted while doing that. He bought a house at the other end of town so he could run into more cars as he made his way to and from his work. He most probably left Radiator Springs as town lost popularity among tourists and fall into economic problems.
