Official bio
"Tsubasa is known as the "Ninja" because no one ever sees or hears him coming! Competitors fear the stealth of this master from Japan, who slices past them like an invisible warrior, eluding even their radar. His slick airframe produces little drag and nary a whisper - Tsubasa's propeller blades have brush-like trailing edges and are driven by a silenced engine, which reroutes its exhaust noise through his muffled intake. His unique "Shinobi style" of racing is based on illusion and misdirection - Tsubasa disappears into one cloud and emerges from another, leaving his opponents in a tailspin."[1]
