Herbie is a race car, painted mainly pearl white with red and blue racing stripes, and a 53 logo on his hood. He is based on a 1963 Volkswagen Beetle.
History
In the Boom! Studios comics, Herbie is a serious contender in auto racing competitions, and has even raced with the Fabulous Hudson Hornet before. He is also one of Fillmore's hippie friends.

- He is based on Herbie from the classic Disney The Love Bug movie.
