"You won't dare leave your garage without us."
Slogan, HTB

Hostile Takeover Bank (HTB, or htB) is a banking company for hostile acquisitions. It primarily competes with Dinoco during races and also competes with Rusteze in races which is now merged with Dinoco. HTB seems to allow cheating on purpose or may even encourage it on their racers as Chick Hicks was known to cheat. It’s also possible they have bribed racing officials as Chick Hicks had been allowed to keep racing and even keep his sole Piston Cup despite having blatantly cheated in his races without even trying to hide it. Hence the name, Hostile Takeover.

Sport

The company sponsored Chick Hicks on Piston Cup Racing Series that won the championship in the 2005 season. However, their victory wasn’t what they expected as Chick Hicks was booed by an angered mob of media and fans who were upset with his poor sportsmanship. Rowdy Revvin' Busch is a Next-Gen racer, and he's also a HTB racer.
