Wilmar Flattz
Wilmar Flattz is a fan of Piston Cup race car Lightning McQueen. He has a crush on fellow McQueen superfans Mia and Tia, whom he met at a fan club event. He treasures the memory of when he nervously asked Tia for the time of day.
He is a 2000 Clebert Sniffler that is painted light purple, and, when supporting his favorite racer, he can often be found with an orange Lightning McQueen flag attached to his antenna, and a "95" souvenir on his visor. His license plate reads 0TU48.
History
In Cars, Wilmar is seen attending the final race of the Piston Cup season at the Motor Speedway of the South. He is surprised when McQueen's tires blow out, since he did not allow his team to change his tires, instead wanting to gain a lead on the other racers as they enter the pit row.
