This is a list of errors from the movie Cars 3.

Piston Cup Position Inconsistencies

When Lightning McQueen, Bobby Swift and Cal Weathers go into the pits, we can see Phil Tankson still racing, but in the next shot he is in the Pits.

Speedy Comet can be seen in 1st place, but he disappears all of a sudden.

Terry Kargas can be seen next to Jack DePost and Murray Clutchburn, but in the next shot he is seen next to Jimmy Cables in the top 5.

Darren Leadfoot, Dirkson D'Agostino, Todd Marcus, Ralph Carlow were in the top positions, but when Jackson Storm past them we can see Apple Racer, Dino Draftsky & Rev Roadages in the top positions.

Murray Clutchburn can be seen with Dirkson D'Agostino's Crew Chief after Jackson Storm leaves in his hauler.

Chip Gearings & Bobby Roadtesta can be seen in the top positions in Chick's Picks with Chick Hicks.

Bobby Swift & Cal Weathers disappear in Chick's Picks with Chick Hicks just showing Lightning McQueen.

J.D. McPillar and Jack DePost are shown participating in the same race at the Grandol Oil Co. Raceway, despite the former being the latter's replacement. The same thing happens with George New-Win and Brian Spark at the Los Angeles 500.

Chase Racelott passed Lightning McQueen, but when he crashed Eric Braker can be seen in his place, they keep swapping places during the race.

Tim Treadless always gets replaced suddenly by Aaron Clocker in some scenes.

Harvey Rodcap is seen starting in second place, but when the race officially starts, he is seen in dead last.

Before the race starts, Cam Spinner started 6th place while J.D. McPillar started 4th. Cam Spinner was repeatedly disappearing throughout the whole race, he kept high positions like 4th or 5th. After Lightning McQueen got out of the pits, J.D. was in 4th and Cam Spinner was in 5th. The scene changes showing Tim Treadless and Chris Roamin' instead of J.D. and Cam. Jonas Carvers, Herb Curbler and Harvey Rodcap also showed up before and after Lightning McQueen crashed into the wall.

When Cruz Ramirez was going into the pits, Steve "Slick" LaPage and J.P. Drive can be seen racing despite both previously being badly damaged from the crash.

Next to Mack's trailer we can see the Gask-its sponsor tent. But it's using Dan Carcia's 80 and Logo Design.

Two Re-Volting haulers

When Mater leaves Mack's trailer you can see 2 Re-Volting haulers all because of the colour and the 8 design are the same

Brian Spark's Eyes

In the movie we can see Brian Spark with green eyes, but his diecast release shows him with brown eyes instead.

Inaccurate Pit Crews

Another error appears when McQueen, Bobby, and Cal go into the pits, in which Cal's crew chief, The King's model is depicted as a combination of his normal model and a pickup truck used by several background crew chiefs.

Before McQueen crosses the start/finish line, Ernie Gearson's pit crew can be seen in McQueen's pit.

During several races, pit crews are seen that use stock car logo sets while having Next-Gen pitties, and vice-versa.

Miscolored Ryan Laney

During the Florida 500 crash, Ryan Laney's paint job colors orange and blue swap places.

Stock Pit Crews on the Simulator

Murray Clutchburn's, Ernie Gearson's & Todd Marcus' pit crews can be seen on the simulator. Which is inaccurate, since all of the veterans have been fired.
