Buck and Doe
Buck and Doe are two deer that reside in Piston Peak National Park.
Bio
These truly majestic vehicles are found in abundance on the plains of Piston Peak National Park. The males have headlight antlers, which they use to impress the females. Lucky park visitors may witness a "brights battle" where males face off, trying to blind any brave young bucks who step up to challenge them for their territory . . . or their ladies.
Planes: Fire & Rescue
In Planes: Fire & Rescue, Buck and Doe are seen trying to escape the wildfire, before they are lifted up and brought to safety.
Livery
They are both painted green, with brown rims. One has headlights on their head, while the other doesn't.
Model
Both are John Deere tractors.
Appearances
Feature Films
Trivia
- These tractors are basically car-ified deer, with their roof lights resembling antlers. They are also a literal interpretation of John Deere, the tractors' manufacturer. Even though the deer are car-ified, the deer on the John Deere logo on their grilles ironically isn't. Even ironically, tractors everywhere else are portrayed as car-ified cattle. A similar dilemma exists with the fact that both combine harvesters and bulldozers are car-ified bulls. Also, in the book Mater Saves Christmas, the deer are snowmobiles.
