St. Vintage Hospital

The St. Vintage Hospital is a hospital that appears in Rescue Squad Mater and Monster Truck Mater. Due to the unclear nature of Mater's stories, it is unknown whether the hospital actually exists but if the hospital really exist It would be next to Motor Speedway of the South in Motor City.

In Rescue Squad Mater, Lightning McQueen is brought to the St. Vintage Hospital after Mater rescues him from a burning building. Here, he finds that Mater is also a doctor, with various medical achievements. Nurse GTO and the Orderly Pitties also work there.

In Monster Truck Mater, the building appears during Mater's tale. Mater, who is competing in a monster truck wrestling tournament, faces Dr. Feel Bad in a match. Mater defeats him by tossing him out the window of the arena and into the hospital. The Referee Pitty speeds up to the floor where Dr. Feel Bad landed, and declares Mater the winner.
