Stinger is one of Chick's friends, before going over to McQueen's side.
History
In Cars: Race-O-Rama, Stinger is one of Chick's protogese. He does not talk much. He usually communicates by revving his engine and growling. He could possibly be on the low functioning end of the autism spectrum.
He first appears behind Chick Hicks in the end-scene for Sprint 1.
He later appears in Stinger's Stir Up, where Chick introduces him to Lightning McQueen and Ramone. Lightning asks how he is doing, but Stinger just revs his engine. Ramone regards him as the strong silent type. Later, in the end-scene, Chick gets mad at him and calls him a steel brain of a worthless bucket of bolts. This makes Stinger angry and rev his engine. But when Chick asks what he has to say for himself, Stinger just drives away.
He later appears in Reunion Rundown. In Chick Hicks Showdown. He later accompanies Candice and El Machismo as they apologize to Lightning for being mean to him, and Lightning invites him to come to the Doc Hudson Racing Academy anytime. Candice asks him to say "thank you" to Lightning, but he instead revs his engine Candice then tells Lightning that she believes he's grateful as well.
General information
Physical description
He is a mix of a 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT-8 and a 2006 Chevrolet Camaro concept. The front and rear resemble the Dodge Challenger, while the sides and wheels resemble the Chevrolet Camaro concept. He is painted orange, with a black hood and grille. The top of his spoiler is also black.
His license plate is a Treadwell County license plate that reads "STINGER".
