Gil works in industrial waste recycling transporting toxic cargo to be recycled. Whenever he stops on the lorry stop he always tells the joke that no laad is too big nor too toxic for him making other lorries politely and chuckle.

In 2006 he watched the Piston Cup tie-break race on Los Angeles International Speedway on television alongside Paul Valdez and some others at a petrol station.
