"Petrol" Pulaski is a mechanic and member of the official RPM racing team's pit crew. Once a member of the Eighth Street Carburetors gang, Petrol got into a street brawl with another vehicle, which led to him being apprehended by police. He was placed into a rehabilitation program that eventually led to his first trackside assignment, allowing him to work under Chief RPM's command.

Petrol's only appearance is in Cars. During the opening montage of the Dinoco 400, Petrol is seen holding up a can of Nitroade to Winford Bradford Rutherford's mouth so he can drink from it.

He is a 2003 Nemomatic Propane-Powered Forklift with brown eyes and a yellow and orange livery. His roof is stylized to look like a cap, and he wears the RPM logo on his sides.
