Chuck Shocks is a crook in the in-universe show CHoPs. He is painted red, and has black lines on his hood and sides. His roof is completely black.

History

In Planes: Fire & Rescue, he was in the TV show CHoPs, where he gets arrested by Nick Loopin' Lopez and Blade Ranger for running station wagons off the road. Angered by Chuck asking why they are always spoiling his fun, Nick tries to pick a fight with him, only to stopped by Blade insisting that Chuck is not worth it. However, when the two helicopters are informed about a structural fire, Chuck tries to escape while having the parking boot on his tire.

Physical description

Chuck's design seems to resemble a cross between a 1971-1974 AMC Javelin AMX's greenhouse design, and a 1968-1970 Dodge Charger's rear.

It might be that Chuck doesn't think the rules of the roads apply to him or that he feels that they are more guidelines than actual rules.
