Ito-San is a resident of Tokyo.
History
In Tokyo Mater, he appears in Mater's story as a broken-down car who needs towing all the way to Tokyo. Mater fortunately comes along and tows him all the way across the Pacific Ocean to Japan. When Kabuto challenges Mater to a drift race, Ito-San summons Teki and Paki to modify Mater in time for the race in hopes that he will win. He then announces the course all the way to the Tokyo Tower and what is the prize for coming in first place.

Physical description
Ito-San is painted dark blue, and has a chrome grille and rims. He closely resembles a 1990 Toyota Century. According to his Mattel die-cast, his license plate reads "902 1OR".

- The first half of his name is based on his voice actor Robert Ito's surname.
- His design is a bit similiar to Chuck Manifold's and very similiar to Bob Pulley, on his Die-Cast, he has the same black window patterns that Bob has.
