Sven is a governor, painted bright yellow, with gray headlights and a large brown part on his roof. He is modeled after a modified 2004 Hummer H1.
History
In Cars, Sven makes a quick appearance during the montage of reports on Lightning McQueen's disappearance, stating how Lightning needs to be found at all costs.
Bio
- Sven didn't plan to go into politics. In fact, he started off as an automotive model. He was crowned "Mr. Automotive" a record seven times. This led to roles in films like "Roll over and Die," "Roll over and Die II" and "Welcome to the Auto-Bomb." He soon made the natural leap from acting to politics, winning elections and looking good while doing it.[2]

- His die-cast packaging refers to him as "Hummer Sven".
- Oddly, the artwork shows him off-ground, although it's the same exact identical view as he is seen in the film.
- Sven is a major parody of actor and former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
- Sven's model is another reference to Schwarzenegger, as he is known for owning the vehicle.
- The California flag near him has a bear on it, that is not car-ified.
