Sergeant "Rhodey" Rhodes Graeter is a police car in the in-universe show CHoPs. Like many police cars, he is painted black with white on his doors. He even has the California Helicopter Patrol logo on his front doors.
History
In Planes: Fire & Rescue, Rhodes appears in an episode of CHoPs that Dusty Crophopper, Lil' Dipper, Windlifter, Cabbie and the Smokejumpers watch in private. In it, he congratulates Blade Ranger and Nick Loopin' Lopez on doing a good job saving Pinta.
