Referee Pitty is a referee.
Bio
The Referee Pitty is a striped forklift who officiated each wrestling match and counted, "1, 2, 3. The winner." He also misinterprets names such as Lightning McQueen as Frightening McMean and Tow Mater as Tormentor.
He appeared in Monster Truck Mater when he declared Mater a winner for defeating I-Screamer, also known as "The Tormentor", as well as when Mater took down Captain Collision, Rasta Carian, Dr. Feel Bad and Paddy O'Concrete. He is seen in the final battle where The Tormentor and Frightening McMean took down Dr. Frankenwagon and his monster. His phrase "1, 2, 3. The winner!" is like a catchphrase.
