Chuck Shocks, Planes: Fire & Rescue

Chuck Shocks is a crook from the in-universe show CHoPs. He is painted red with black stripes on his hood and sides. His roof is completely black.

History

In Planes: Fire & Rescue, he was in the TV show CHoPs, where he gets arrested by Nick Loopin' Lopez and Blade Ranger for running station wagons off the road. Angered by Chuck asking why they are always spoiling his fun, Nick tries to pick a fight with him, only to stopped by Blade insisting that Chuck is not worth it. However, when the two helicopters are informed about a structural fire, Chuck tries to escape while having the parking boot on his tire.

General information

Physical description

Chuck's design seems to resemble multiple 1960s-1970s classic muscle cars; a cross between a 1971-1974 AMC Javelin AMX's greenhouse design, with the front resembling a 1971 Plymouth GTX, and the rear resembling a 1968-1970 Dodge Charger.

Bio

  • Fast-drivin', rubber-burnin' Chuck Shocks doesn't want any trouble from the police, yet he always seems to find it. It might be that Chuck doesn't think the rules of the roads apply to him or that he feels that they are more guidelines than actual rules. Whatever the misunderstanding is, Chuck is just one moving violation away from the impound lot.[1]

Trivia

  • Chuck, along with many other Planes-related characters, was supposed to get a die-cast release in 2017 but was unfortunately canceled due to the Cars 3 die-cast line happening that year as well.
