Chuck Shocks is a crook that appeared in Planes: Fire & Rescue.
He was in the TV show CHoPs, where he gets arrested by Nick Loopin' Lopez and Blade Ranger for running station wagons off a road. Angered by Chuck asking why they are always spoiling his fun, Nick tries to pick a fight with him, only to stopped by Blade insisting that Chuck is not worth it. However, when the two helicopters are informed about a structural fire, Chuck tries to escape while having the parking boot on his tire.
He is painted red, and has black lines on his hood and sides. His roof is completely black.
