Sanban is a resident of Tokyo, painted entirely green, including her rims and mirrors. She is presumably a 2006 Microcaster Chickmonk, as she appears to have the same model as Chuki.
History
In Tokyo Mater, Sanban is part of the group of three cars that are starting the race between Mater and Kabuto, her representing "Go".
