Trivia

• He and Nancy are named after John Lasseter and his wife Nancy. This is also a reference to when Lasseter and Nancy were once told during a visit to Paris that couples are supposed to kiss when they cross the Pont des Arts.
• He is one of the three characters from Cars 2 to return in Cars 3. The other two being Jeff Gorvette and John's wife, Nancy.
