Template:EventAcademy Challenges are events in Cars: Race-O-Rama. They Involve the player racing against Doc Hudson's Students, Chick Hick's Students, and, In later races, VINs.
Academy Challenge 1
The player is racing as Lightning McQueen with the opponents being 3 of Doc Hudson's Students and all 4 of Chick Hicks' Students. There are 3 sparkplugs to collect in the race, and collecting them all earns the player some kit-parts. Come in first is required for a gold trophy, second for silver, and third for bronze. Earning a trophy unlocks Hudson Student Run.
Academy Challenge 2
This is a 2-lap race around Santa Carburera as Lightning McQueen and the opponents are Chick Hicks Students 1 and 2 and Doc Hudson Student 3 on the PlayStation 2, while they are Chick Hicks Students 1, 2, 3 and 4 and Doc Hudson Students 1, 2 and 3. Placing first earns the player the gold trophy, second earns them silver and third earns them bronze.
Academy Challenge 3
The race is 2 laps around Autovia. As Lightning McQueen, the opponents are Chick Hicks Student 2 and 2 VINs on the PlayStation 2. On other consoles, Doc Hudson Students 1 and 2, Chick Hicks Student 4 and 2 more VINs are added. Placing in first earns the player the gold trophy, second for silver, and third for bronze.
Academy Challenge 4
This is a 5-laps race around Motoropolis City as Lightning McQueen with the opponents being Doc Hudson Student 1 and 2 VINs on the PlayStation 2. On other consoles, Doc Hudson Students 2 and 3, Chick Hicks Student 4 and one more VIN are added. Place in the top 3 to unlock the next event which is a boss.
