Steve Purcell (born 1961) is an American cartoonist, animator, director and game designer best known for creating the video game series Sam and Max: Freelance Police. In addition to working on screenplay on Pixar projects, he performs the voices of the Tractors, Gerald and Count Spatula in the Cars series.
